Lab Admin is the web workspace for laboratory owners, administrators, and authorized staff. You need an existing laboratory account or an employee login created by a laboratory administrator.
Before you begin
Obtain:
Your laboratory's iLab or branded web address
The email address registered on your account
Your password or the temporary password supplied by an administrator
If you do not have an employee login, ask an authorized Lab Admin user to create one. Do not use the Clinic or Technician Portal credentials unless the laboratory has explicitly registered the same identity for Lab Admin.
Open your laboratory's Lab Admin address.
Enter the registered email address.
Enter the password.
Complete the security verification.
Select Login.
The form requires an email, a valid email format, a password, and a completed security challenge. Correct every highlighted field before resubmitting.
Complete a required first password change
An account marked for first login is directed to Change Password. Until the default password is changed, Lab Admin prevents navigation to the rest of the workspace.
Enter the current or temporary password.
Enter a new password.
Confirm the new password.
Make sure the new password has at least eight characters, uppercase and lowercase letters, a number, and a special character.
Submit the change.
The new password must differ from the old password and its confirmation must match.
Recover a forgotten password
From sign in, select Forgot Your Password?
Enter the account email and submit the request.
Enter the complete six-digit OTP sent to the email.
Continue to the new-password screen.
Enter and confirm a valid new password.
Save it and return to sign in.
If the OTP is invalid, check the digits and use the newest code. If the reset page reports an invalid reset token, start the process again rather than reusing the old link or session.
Sign out
Use the sign-out action in the Lab Admin header when you finish, especially on a shared device. Signing out clears the local session and returns you to the sign-in page.
Sign-in succeeds but access is missing
A successful login does not grant every permission. Ask a laboratory administrator to review the employee account, role, active status, and permissions. Subscription and laboratory configuration can also control which modules appear.
Need help?
Contact your laboratory owner or email [email protected]. Include the laboratory name, sign-in address, registered email, and exact error text. Never include a password, OTP, or reset token.
