iLab provides separate workspaces for laboratory administrators, clinic users, and technicians. Start with the portal that matches your role. Using valid credentials in the wrong portal can still result in a failed sign-in or an account without the expected features.
Choose your portal
Lab Admin
Use Lab Admin if you own or administer a dental laboratory, manage cases and customers, configure production, create employee access, or work with laboratory billing and inventory.
Laboratories can use an iLab address or a branded address supplied during setup. If your laboratory has its own branded edition, use the address provided for that edition.
Clinic Portal
Use the Clinic Portal if you work for a dental clinic and need to submit cases, track laboratory work, exchange files or messages, review invoices, or make an available online payment.
The portal is available on supported mobile and web versions. A laboratory's branded edition can have a different application name, logo, colors, or web address while using the same core Clinic Portal workflows.
Technician Portal
Use the Technician Portal if you are a laboratory employee who needs to see assigned production work, scan a case, update a task, or review work activity.
Technicians do not create their own public account. A laboratory administrator creates the employee login and assigns its permissions. Ask your manager for the correct application or web address and the email address registered for you.
Open the application or web address supplied for your role and organization.
Enter the email address registered on your iLab account. Where the Lab Admin sign-in page offers phone sign-in, select the appropriate method and enter the registered value.
Enter your password.
Complete the security verification if it appears.
Select Sign In.
After successful authentication, iLab opens the workspace associated with that account. The pages and actions you see depend on your organization, role, permissions, enabled modules, and subscription.
Before trying another password
If sign-in fails, first confirm all of the following:
You opened the correct portal and, for a branded deployment, the correct branded edition.
You used the exact email address or phone number registered for this account.
The account was created for the organization you are trying to access.
Your keyboard language, capitalization, and password-manager entry are correct.
The security challenge completed successfully.
If you still cannot sign in
Use Forgot Password when the account exists but you do not know its password.
Clinic users should contact their laboratory if they are unsure which branded portal or clinic account to use.
Technicians should contact a laboratory administrator to confirm that employee login access is enabled and that the email and permissions are correct.
Lab staff who can sign in but cannot see a page should ask an administrator to check their role and permissions rather than resetting the password.
